The Reports Tab provides statistical information about your Twitter Account and Hummingbird's automated follow and un-follow activity. To locate this screen, navigate to:
Configure (gear icon) > Reports tab.
Note: Some data for the reports tab is retrieved from Twitter.com. Unfortunately, Twitter does not update the data for Twitter Accounts until that account sends a "Tweet." This limitation occasionally causes the reported counts to be slightly behind. Sending a 'Tweet' then re-checking the statistics will re-align them to the latest numbers published by Twitter.com's API.
Twitter Activity
The Twitter Activity section displays information about your account's personal statistics. This information is retrieved from the Twitter API.
Followers
The number of people following your account.
Following
The number of people your account is following.
Ratio
The ratio between the number of people you follow, vs those who follow you. Ideally, your ratio is under 100%, but Hummingbird 2 will ensure your account maximizes its Twitter ratio, and will keep you at 110% as it adds followers.
Updates
The number of tweets you have posted with this account.
Favorites
The number of tweets your account has marked as favorite.
Auto Following Performance
The Auto Following Performance section displays information about HB2's automatic follow and un-follow activity.
Auto Unfollowed
The number of users HB2 has un-followed.
Ideally this number is kept as low as possible.
Auto Followed
The number of users HB2 has followed.
This value is highly dependent on two factors, 1.) The keywords you've configured HB2 to listen for and 2.) The grading requirements you've configured in HB2's Settings tab.
Followed Back
The number of users followed by HB2 that have followed you back.
HB2 remembers every user it automatically follows on your behalf. HB2 compares this data to a list of users who presently follow your account. Users who appear in both lists are deemed reciprocating followers.
Pending
The number of users followed by HB2 that have not yet followed you back.
HB2 remembers every user it automatically follows on your behalf. HB2 compares this data to a list of users who presently follow your account. Users who appear on the former, but not the latter list are assumed to be non-reciprocating users.
Ratio
This number identifies your total follow-back conversion rate, or, what percentage of users follow you back.
